Many times when God is taking you through the process, it depends on when you came in, what God wants to break inside you and what God wants to mould inside you. When I was to receive baptism in the Holy Spirit, I first of all had a rethink because the people that were going to minister to me were classmates of my younger brother, and I felt why? I wanted God to give me the baptism somewhere else. But God did not do that because I needed that breaking process.
That was the mistake that Naaman was going to make. If there was a better place to get his healing, he would have gone there. God knows you more than you know yourself. There are certain things that God will not give you somewhere else because something has to be broken inside you at the place where you are resisting to be trained. Let it be broken on time so that you can move on faster.
Some people have traversed seven different training centres in Zion and have not become anything. They have nothing to show for their years in Christianity. If you are not going to be like that, you must shun that celebrity mindset. You should tell the people that God has placed you under to help you to become what you need to become.
Look at that great woman of Shunem who received a baby. When she needed to go to see the man of God to receive a divine intervention for the boy, she told the servant that was driving the donkey not to slack for her except she said so. You must have this same “don’t spare me” mentality and be willing and ready to go through the required process.
PRAYER: Lord, have your way in my life. I release myself in your hands, break me and mould me as you will.
