No one has cried unto God that He has left alone; not a single person. Every time we lift our voices, group by group, church by church, one by one, family by family, He is a covenant-keeping God, always there to make His Word good; He will answer you.
It does not matter how bad the case is or how terrible and hopeless it seems, when we call upon God, He is a living God in heaven Who answers prayers. The terrible nature of the situation and circumstances you are going through does not harass Him. He is the unchanging Changer – there is nothing He cannot change, there is no mountain He cannot move, neither is there any opposition He cannot deal with. Even if someone dies, He is the One that makes alive. There is no condition that He cannot turn around.
At times, you may not even have faith, but can just look up to God. Psalm 107:6 says, “Then they cried unto to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.” “Lord, help me” is all you need to say.
In 1 Kings 22:30-33, Jehoshaphat, in his disobedience, would have lost his life following Ahab to war. Somebody saw him dressed in the king’s robes and thought he was the king of Israel that they were looking for. They didn’t know it was his friend, but he cried unto God. In that instance, the Bible says God moved the enemy’s attention away from him.
PRAYER: Father, I am confident that You answer every time I call on You. Thank You, Father, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
