You need to understand clearly that you cannot define your destiny your own way. You need to see with the light of God who you really are in destiny. There are individuals in life that have passion for different things, and they claim that is their destiny. You may have passion for politics but that cannot be your destiny until it is connected to what God is doing. Politics can give you a platform, but the platform must be connected and used for divine purpose before you can say you are fulfilling destiny.
There are men today that are recognized anywhere they go. Some people are more popular than the president of their nation. Why? Will God have no plan for that? What did God give them that popularity for? It is a platform that God needs to give them for the fulfilment of their assignment, but most people fail at this point. They use the platform of God for what God does not plan it for.
I tell people that every position God gives comes with two things: affluence and influence.
God does not mind what you do with the affluence as much as the influence is used for His purpose.
Joseph was a Prime Minister in Egypt, but at the same time used that position for the purpose of God. The same thing with Esther in Babylon. She preserved a generation for God. Let God be able to use how He made you for what He made you for.
PRAYER: Lord, help me to use my God-given platform for the purpose you gave it to me. Amen!
