Are you failing or passing the tests of God for your life and destiny? Tests will always come, especially if God is preparing you for something great. Look at the case of the Syrophoenician woman in our text today. Jesus said it was not good to give the children’s meat to dogs. If it were you, would your response be, “Why should He respond to me in such a derogatory manner? I will go somewhere else.”? If you did that, from that day, you start a spiritual wandering journey in destiny. This woman had a right attitude in the presence of the anointing; she passed her test and got her miracle.
If you felt somebody who was your junior rebuked you or said something to you or did one thing or the other, it was wrong on the part of that person to treat you like that, but that is also your test. Will you pass or fail? There are some people that it was on the subject of test that they stumbled, although the test might have been the mistake of another person.
Do you know whom God is using to test you? The person is already around you – the least person you expected. That is why you should behave like Christ will to everyone you meet.
Jesus passed the test with Joseph and Mary at the age of 12. They complained and rebuked Him but He submitted Himself to them (Luke 2:41-52). He didn’t call down brimstone or despise them.
PRAYER: Lord, help me not to stumble in the place of divine test. Amen.
