Many believers who falter spiritually during difficult seasons do so because they have failed to consistently nurture their spiritual life through prayer and God’s Word.
Galatians 6:7-8 offers insight into spiritual health: “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap… he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.”
Your daily spiritual practices—such as prayer, study, and meditation—are investments into your spirit, building the strength necessary to withstand adversity.
