19 février 2026 : LA PEUR EST LE SILENCEUR DE SATAN : BRISEZ-LA – 2 Timothée 1:7 ; Proverbes 28:1

Satan knows he can’t stop the gospel, so he tries to stop the mouth that carries it. That is why fear is one of his favourite weapons in soul winning: fear of rejection, fear of being tagged “fanatic,” fear of losing a deal, fear of looking foolish. Once fear enters, boldness exits. You can be with a man whose soul is hanging between time and eternity and suddenly become “polite,” as if silence is love. A soul is too precious for you to be managing impressions. If you keep quiet because you want to look good, you have sided with darkness in that moment, and heaven loses a witness.

God did not give you that fear. “God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 KJV).” Power is the Holy Spirit’s enablement; love keeps your tone clean; sound mind keeps you from foolish arguments. Fear is not a personality trait; it is a spirit that wants to muzzle your witness. But the righteous is bold as a lion. Boldness is not rudeness; it is spiritual courage powered by love. When love for souls rises, fear loses its grip. You are not selling religion; you are announcing rescue. The gospel is not your opinion; it is God’s authority to save. You are not asked to convert anybody; you are asked to witness. So refuse to talk like a beggar; speak like an ambassador: clear, calm, and confident in Christ. When the trumpet is muted, prisoners stay bound.

Practically, win the battle in prayer before you enter the conversation.

Ask the Holy Ghost for boldness and for the right words; then obey quickly when the door opens, because delay gives fear time to vote. Prepare your mouth: keep your testimony clear, and don’t complicate the message. Keep your salvation message simple: sin is real, judgement is real, Christ died and rose again, and He receives any man that comes. Start small if you must: one person, one call, one “Can I share something with you?” Accept that some will say no; rejection is not your death, it is just their decision. If they say yes, lead them to Christ immediately and set follow-up; if they say no, leave the door open and keep praying.

THOUGHT TO PONDER: What fear has been muting my witness, and what step will I take today to speak? Am I more concerned about people’s opinions than a soul’s eternity?

PRIÈRE: Lord, deliver me from fear. Fill me with love and boldness to speak Christ clearly and lead souls to salvation today, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
