In all the realms you plan to function in, seek to be strong and godly. No one respects weakness and poverty.  Poverty is a weakness; sickness is a weakness. Poverty is a weakness in the spirit while sickness is a weakness in the body. The devil does not attack strength, he attacks weakness. Nobody respects weak people, rather they pity them. Weak people are exploitable either by men, society, systems or the devil. Areas where you must never be weak include:

Anywhere you find ten (10) Christians, five will be wise and five will be foolish. Plan to be part of the wise sets of the believers. Plan and prepare for the unexpected. Your strength is displayed in the zone of the unexpected. Always have something extra. Don’t prepare for something enough, prepare for more than enough. Prepare for the extra. Don’t plan to live on somebody else’s resources in life. Start trusting your faith in God to produce results for you. If you will be strong, learn how to live by faith and how to be led by the Holy Spirit.

God equips every one of us for our existence on the earth. Matt 25:14.Weak people lose out; perspective is actually a definition of prosperity. Bad attitude is the mother of weakness and failure, not the devil. Accept and take full responsibility first of all for what your life turns out to be. People may pity a weak man but they don’t respect him; God did not raise you for pity, He raised you to be respected. Strength is your defense. Nobody owes you a salary; all that life owes you is an opportunity.

If life is a man (or a cook), he is carrying two plates around: rights are one plate while rations are on the other. Rights are given to the strong; rations are given to the weak. Rights are the portion of kings, rations are the portions of slaves. Don’t take rations! Be the one showing the pity, don’t be the one receiving it.

Prayer: Lord, I ask for a baptism of strength and I take authority over every weakness in me, let them be replaced with divine strength in Jesus’ name. I receive grace to build strength and glorify God in my day. Amen.
