M<\/span>any Christians pray like beggars, approaching God as if they are intruders rather than His children. But the Bible clearly says, \u201cLet us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need\u201d (Hebrews 4:16). God is not impressed by timidity that springs from ignorance; He delights in boldness that rests on covenant relationship. Just as a child does not beg for food in his father\u2019s house, so you should not beg for answers when approaching your Father in prayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boldness is not arrogance. It is the confidence of faith in who God is and what Christ has done for you. The Bible says, \u201cIn whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him\u201d (Ephesians 3:12). This boldness is rooted not in your performance but in His righteousness. When you pray with this understanding, you do not have to wonder if God is listening\u2014you know He is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beggarly prayers reveal a lack of confidence, but bold prayers demonstrate trust in His promises.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, the next time you come before God, remember you are not a stranger at the gate\u2014you are a child in the house. Speak with assurance. Lay hold on His promises. Don\u2019t pray as though you are disturbing Him; pray as one who has access by covenant. This boldness is what makes your prayer life fruitful and effective. It silences fear, strengthens faith, and positions you to receive answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THOUGHT TO PONDER:<\/strong> Do I pray like a beggar or as a son with access? Am I bold enough to stand on God\u2019s promises without fear or doubt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

PRI\u00c8RE:<\/strong> Father, teach me to come boldly into Your presence, resting on the finished work of Christ and receiving answers with confidence. Amen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n\t\t
