N<\/span>ot every resource is from the Lord. There are provisions that look appealing but are forbidden by God. Consider God\u2019s command to Saul concerning the Amalekites: destroy everything. Why? Because God did not want Israel to be tainted by the wealth of the world. He wanted them to understand that He alone was their Source and Provider. The command wasn\u2019t about cruelty\u2014it was about separation. When you hold the things of the world lightly, you become free to follow God fully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until you\u2019re free from the power of worldly attractions, you are not truly free.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

But Saul failed the test. He spared what he should have destroyed and covered his disobedience with religious activity. When confronted, he claimed he was preserving the animals for sacrifice to God. Samuel’s response was sharp: \u201cTo obey is better than sacrifice.\u201d God doesn\u2019t want just any offering\u2014He wants obedience. That\u2019s why He said the wages of a harlot must not be brought into His house. The source matters. Wealth without obedience disqualifies the giver, no matter how noble the intent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I ask you: what has God asked you to destroy in your life? What have you kept alive\u2014out of fear, convenience, or sentimentality\u2014that is sabotaging your next level? If you don\u2019t destroy what God is destroying, you delay your access to what He is building for you. True kingdom wealth begins where obedience becomes non-negotiable. God will never build your future on the ruins of disobedience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THOUGHT TO PONDER:<\/strong> Have I kept alive things God clearly told me to destroy? Is my obedience complete, or am I offering sacrifices in place of surrender?<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Father, I yield to Your will. I will not preserve what You are purging. Help me walk in complete obedience in Jesus\u2019 name. Amen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n\t\t
