T<\/span>here are two kinds of provisions that God has made available for us in Scripture. Firstly, there are the provisions explicitly stated, like healing (Isa. 53:5), and wealth (Ps. 16:5-6). Secondly, there are provisions not explicitly stated. The first kind of provision is made available by the Father, while the second was drawn for us by Jesus. Romans 8:14 informs us clearly, \u201cAs many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.\u201d This scripture speaks about the second dimension of God’s provision. The Bible reveals the first dimension, and the Spirit of God brings the second dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first dimension from the Bible gives us stability and solidity as human beings, while the second dimension revealed by the Holy Spirit gives us progress in life. God wants your stability first, and then your progress. The Bible stabilizes and solidifies us in the things of God. Anything you see in the Bible is available for you to claim, whether in the Old Testament or the New Testament. The Old Testament reveals physical promises, while the New Testament unveils spiritual promises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reason some people do not move forward after being born again is that they do not know the Bible and therefore fail to enjoy its provisions.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

To know what is reserved for you in your divine account, you must connect with the Bible and the Holy Spirit. The best approach is to know the Bible first and then the Holy Spirit. If you attempt to know the Holy Spirit first without knowing the Bible, you may lack the foundation needed, and the devil could take advantage of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THOUGHT TO PONDER:<\/strong> Are you accessing both dimensions of God\u2019s provisions? How can you practically improve your understanding of both the Bible and the Holy Spirit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
