S<\/span>piritual effectiveness in life and ministry is deeply rooted in intimacy with God. Jesus modelled this perfectly. Despite His demanding ministry schedule, He consistently withdrew to solitary places to pray. Mark 1:35 records, \u201cAnd in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.\u201d If Jesus needed communion with the Father, how much more do we?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One critical truth you must understand is that ministry without intimacy will eventually lead to spiritual dryness. Jesus knew that ministry without intimacy with God would ultimately become unfruitful. He made communion with God His priority, ensuring that everything He did flowed from His relationship with His Father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When our relationship with God is healthy, vibrant, and consistent, our effectiveness multiplies. Ministry and service become an overflow of intimacy rather than a burdensome obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your time spent in God\u2019s presence equips you with insight, wisdom, and power for the tasks He has called you to.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Reflect today on your priorities. Are your actions flowing from a deep and consistent intimacy with God, or are you focused merely on external responsibilities and ministry demands? Let your communion with God be your priority, and you will find yourself walking in greater effectiveness and fruitfulness in every area of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THOUGHT TO PONDER:<\/strong> Are you prioritising intimacy with God above ministry tasks? How can you intentionally carve out consistent times for deep fellowship with Him each day?<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

PRAYER: Father, help me prioritise intimacy with You more than anything else. May my service and ministry flow naturally from a deep and vibrant relationship with You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
