Hebrews 5:14 says, \u201cBut strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.\u201d This spiritual maturity and sensitivity result from regular practice\u2014exercising your spirit through intentional study, meditation, and obedience to God\u2019s instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
