Consider Jonathan and David, whose covenant friendship strengthened David during some of his darkest days (1 Samuel 18:1-4). Similarly, Jesus surrounded Himself with a circle of disciples who shared His mission and learned from His example.<\/p>\n

Relationships built on godly principles are not only supportive but also transformative.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Take stock of the relationships in your life. Are they drawing you closer to God or pulling you away? Seek out those who will walk with you in faith and cheer you on as you pursue God\u2019s higher calling. Proverbs 27:17 says, \u201cIron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.\u201d<\/p>\n
