T<\/span>We will continue from where we left off yesterday. The Bible says, \u201cEphraim is joined to idols; let him alone.\u201d When God left him alone, it marked the end of his favour. In the book of Revelation, we find a list of the twelve tribes of Israel, yet Ephraim\u2019s name is conspicuously absent. Manasseh\u2019s name remains, but Ephraim was removed because he chose to associate with idols. You will receive your portion from whatever you join yourself to, so stay connected to God.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t allow anything negative to attach itself to you, as it will bring with it a portion of punishment, judgment, or destruction.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Many individuals carry a death sentence through their choices. I recall a story about a man who was on a path that would lead to his demise. He urged his friend to accompany him, but the friend\u2019s wife opposed it, reminding him of their plan to rest at home that weekend after weeks of hard work. Nevertheless, he insisted on joining his friend, thinking it wouldn\u2019t hurt. By doing so, he aligned himself with his friend\u2019s disastrous fate. If God has united you with your spouse, why would you join someone who bears a curse?<\/p>\n

If you are uncertain about a journey, pray for guidance. If those God has placed in your life\u2014your spouse, children, pastor, or trusted friends\u2014caution against it, take their words seriously. Heed their advice, brother!<\/p>\n

PRAYER: Father, help me to live conscious of everything I join myself to and things that can join to me. Deliver me from every evil joining today in Jesus’ Name.
