Years ago, a woman came to see me over a matter, and I told her that I would only get involved if she would not talk to anybody again concerning the matter. She said, \u201cPastor, can prayer be too much?\u201d I answered her, \u201cIt can!\u201d She had been going from one man of God to the other, discussing the same matter and she was not ready to stop. If a patient is not ready to listen to the Doctor\u2019s instruction, is there a way she can be helped? Since the answer is \u201cNo,\u201d there is no reason for me to be praying when I know that I will waste my prayers.<\/p>\n

I went to dedicate the house of a professor who is one of the leading professors in his field in Africa. The children asked me to have a chat with him and when we talked, I said to him, \u201cSir, if you can stop saying negative things about yourself, God will accelerate these things you desire.\u201d Within the next two years, almost everything that had been tied down became released to him.<\/p>\n

You can claim your intelligence in the presence of divine intelligence and continue in your troubles or you can submit and let God take over. God blesses us differently, but He loves us equally. God loves us based on our new birth, but He blesses us based on our obedience.<\/p>\n
