T<\/span>oday we will go further in our study of the name of the Lord Jehovah Tsidkenu – the Lord our righteousness. In vs 22, there is an invitation from God – that invitation to draw near is to God Almighty. We have boldness when we come by the blood of Jesus. You must know the power of the blood of Jesus to overcome the accusation of the enemy. In Rev 12:10, it was revealed that the accuser of the brethren can only be overcome by the blood of Jesus, and not by your efforts.<\/p>\n

The Bible says let us draw near with a true heart, on full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience. That means you can never have full assurance in your faith if your heart is having an evil conscience. An evil conscience is a consciousness of evil that the devil is bringing to accuse you that you don’t qualify to come into the presence of God because of what you have done or because of a mistake you made.<\/p>\n

Our God is not ‘the God of the last chance’ but He is ‘the God of another chance’.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

It doesn’t matter how many times you fail, come back to God and He will give you another chance – Micah 7:8. Some people have even fallen for the trick of the devil and prayed like this, ‘Oh God give me another chance, one last chance and if I do it again don’t forgive me’. That is wrong! It is the devil’s lie to get you to sign a certificate of condemnation. If the devil can succeed in bringing you to a place of condemnation, he will cripple your faith and he will cripple your ability to pray confidently. There is a provision of God in the name of the Lord – Jehovah Tsidkenu. If you call upon that name, He will appear as your defender and bail you out.<\/p>\n

PRAYER: Father, I take refuge in the finished work of Christ for me. Thank you for the precious blood of Jesus that makes me free from an evil conscience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\t\t
