T<\/span>oday, we will look at some things that help you walk in the peace of the Lord.

1. Understand righteousness and justification by the blood of Jesus: Two ministries are going on in the presence of God today namely, the ministry of intercession by Jesus and the ministry of accusation by the devil. The devil is accusing people before God, but Jesus is interceding for everyone that is born again. Therefore, the first step is to be born again. To be born again means to be justified from every claim of divine justice against man.<\/p>\n

2. Keep your mind on God: Isaiah 26:3 says, ‘Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.’ You keep your mind on God by keeping your mind on the word of God. Let the word of God fill your mind. Let your mind meditate on the word of God, day and night. It will keep you in the peace of God. When you keep giving your mind to all kinds of information in the world, you will get disturbed here and there.<\/p>\n

The power of the peace of God is that it serves as umpire, it decides for you.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

3. Allow the peace of God to rule: Is there peace in your heart over that decision you are about to take? Pray about it again. When the hand is the hand of Esau and the voice is the voice of Jacob and your heart is not at rest over a matter that you are deciding upon, whether a life partner, a career, a trip, whatsoever it is, you should stay the action until the peace of God returns to your heart upon the matter. Jesus said, ‘my peace I give unto you; let not your heart be troubled.’ (John 14:27).<\/p>\n

PRAYER: Father, as I take these steps I receive your peace as the umpire and ruler in my heart in Jesus name.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\t\t
