W<\/span>e started yesterday looking at the Lord our Peace. Today we will continue and look at Jesus, our Prince of Peace.<\/p>\n

Diverse kinds of enmity exist on earth today. The first kind of enmity is the enmity between man and God. Jesus removed the enmity between man and God by his blood. Until a man makes Jesus his Lord and Saviour, he remains an enemy of God in his mind.<\/p>\n

Another enmity that exists in the world today is racial discrimination. You find white people and black people fight over differences because only in Christ can there be unity. All over the world today, the only place where there is a permanent solution to tribal and racial discrimination and all kinds of problems between groups of people is in the church, among God’s people. It is only in Christ that you find a black and white individual sitting together as equals without discrimination.<\/p>\n

The Bible calls Jesus the Prince of Peace and unless we allow him to be the Prince in our lives, homes, communities, tribes and nations, there will always be trouble. Peace is not the absence of war because the devil is always in the world.<\/p>\n

But peace is the presence of a person and his name is Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He is our Peace – Jehovah Shalom. When you are not at peace with God, you will not be at peace with men, but when people are at peace with God, it is easy to be at peace with other people. Whatever enmity exists between a man and another man or between a man and God has been removed in the flesh of Jesus Christ. He died on the cross so that he could put an end to that.<\/p>\n

PRAYER: Father, I declare again that Jesus is my peace. I open every area of my life to His influence. Thank you, Father.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\t\t
