T<\/span>oday, we will look at the final leader we will discuss in this month\u2019s devotional – the Word of God. This is the overall leader. His Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Ps. 119:105).<\/p>\n

If you want to know the will of God over any subject of life, go to the word of God. This leader will show you.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Don\u2019t do anything without finding out the will of God for that thing. Find out what God has said about that matter. What has God said about bribery? What has God said about respect? What has God said about premarital sex? What has God said about adultery? What has God said about your present situation? It is somewhere in the bible; find it.<\/p>\n

The word of God is a direct expression of the thoughts of God. Don\u2019t think for God on any issue, go to what He has said, those are His thoughts on those issues. We are to find God\u2019s thought in His word. It\u2019s a very dangerous thing to think for God \u2013 it is the sin of presumption. Presumption is the mother of the great transgression. Presumptuous people are the ones that lie against the Holy Ghost. Once you can find out what God has said about a matter, your need for counselling will reduce by about eighty per cent.<\/p>\n

God\u2019s word addresses every sphere of life. There is nothing in the world that the word of God does not address. He has set due order for everything under the sun, your responsibility is to find out what He has said.<\/p>\n
