4. Finally, the Holy Spirit helps your infirmity by encouraging you, especially when you are down and in distress. Have you ever encountered some human beings who always have a word of encouragement on their lips? They never discourage you. When you get into their presence, they make you feel as if you are special, and you always leave their presence better than you entered it. The Holy Spirit does a better job than that; He never discourages. If you will learn to turn to the Holy Spirit in times of crisis, you will find that He is always there with a word of encouragement.<\/p>\n

Let me tell you how the Holy Ghost carries out this ministry to the believer. He does it by speaking words to us.<\/p>\n

He speaks such words of power to your heart that put you on your feet and make you face life victorious! He imparts courage to our hearts by speaking words to us.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Taking time to hear what the Holy Ghost is saying is the only way you will be able to face life. That is His means of strengthening, enabling, and empowering you.<\/p>\n

If it were not for this ministry of the Holy Spirit, none of us would have been able to handle life. The effort to wait on the Holy Spirit to hear Him is worth more than all the wealth of the earth put together. Take time off to hear the Comforter, and you will never lack the courage to face life. He will always put you over what the enemy brings against you.<\/p>\n
