God did not give you your mind to lead your spirit. His plan is that your spirit receives direction/inspirations, your mind processes it and then your body executes it. Habakkuk 2:2, “And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” Running is a physical action of your body, making it plain is an action of your soul and waiting to see what He will say (receiving the vision), is a spiritual act. Don’t start running until you have seen something.
Let everything you are doing be traceable to a divine direction. Christianity is not physical, it is spiritual, it is a divine move on the earth. We can’t do without God. Don’t listen to people that disparage being led by the Holy Spirit. Accidents will still happen, planes will still crash but that you don’t find yourself in any of these is a function of being led by the Spirit.
You don’t stand a chance with the ongoing assault of the devil in the world today without the aid of the Holy Ghost.
That something looks right to you does not mean it is right for you, only the Holy Ghost can show you what is right for you. He guides and leads you into the unknown.
You must not joke with the leading of the Holy Spirit, that is where your preservation is. He is the one that knows the right business that won’t fail in the future. In the world, they are wiser after the event, but with the Holy Spirit, you are wiser before the event.
PRAYER: Lord, let the future be opened to me by the ministry of the Holy Spirit. I will not walk as the unwise of this world in Jesus name. Amen.
