14 February 2024: THE LORD OUR HEALTH – JEHOVAH RAPHA – Exodus 15:22 – 26

We will continue with the names of the Lord, and we will consider Jehovah-Rapha today. This name caters for our health and healing. Jehovah Rapha provides immunity and immunization against diseases. He is the Lord our health. Healing is a miracle of God to restore your body or parts of the body that are diseased or missing due to inborn errors, assaults, and accidents. One critical battle humans face is the fight against sickness and diseases. There are diseases today that defy medical intervention. The causative factors of some diseases are complex, and doctors are yet to understand and diagnose some of them.

There are two diverse kinds of diseases – The first is the organic disease which medical intervention can provide a diagnosis for and can be treated. However, the second kind of disease, which is classified as a demonic disease, cannot be diagnosed, treated, or cured. Imagine a person that is bedridden and sick that doctors cannot trace the cause of the disease or a woman that is supposed to be pregnant since the doctors confirmed that all tests are normal and there is no problem anywhere. At this point, you will know that this is not natural.

However, God has made a supernatural provision for our health.

Jehovah Rapha provides for our health, either mentally, physically, or emotionally. It is a supernatural provision that covers all our requirements for wholeness, soundness and everything concerning our well-being in a physical sense. He said I am the Lord that healeth thee. This is a divine commitment of God, to immunize His people from diseases and preserve them, restore, and renew their health.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive healing in my body, divine restoration, renewal and refreshing in my health.
