If you have followed this series on, “Developing a Battle Plan Against the Devil’s Attacks” (archives available at www.spiritmeat.net) you will recall that we stopped on the following truths:

1.      Attacks from Satan are not authorized by God.

2.      Attacks from Satan can be resisted and defeated.

3.      Attacks from the devil will never be anything beyond your ability to handle.

4.      The devil is wiser than most Christians give him credit for; you may call the devil wicked, but never call him stupid; therefore wage your warfare intelligently.

5.      The devil will hide behind any system of the world to stop or delay Christians that threaten him, because the devil doesn’t want them to stand on the pedestal of their destiny.

The devil will take all the ground that he can get in the world and when the Bible calls him the god of this world, it means that he is the mastermind behind the systems of the world and he will do everything to make the world less Christianly on a daily basis. While the developed countries accuse Africa of being backward because of the devil’s manifestation in form of rituals and occultism, they have become godless on the other extreme of the devil’s attack with same-sex marriage and the idea of prayers being stopped in schools, among other things.

That’s why God needs Christians, like Daniel, who will see through the comfort in their workplaces and identify every subtle process of satanic takeover where they are. God does not have a problem with the affluence you gather, but He needs you to use your influence in your position for His glory so that you are not assisting the devil in taking over the systems of the world, be it the country, community or organization that you are a part of. Will you stand your ground or let the devil take over?

Prayer: Lord, help me to take my stand in this last day’s battle so that the devil will not reign where you have placed me in Jesus’ name. Amen.
