Wealth is not primarily about money. Wealth is a spiritual force, while money is a physical thing. Wealth exists in different forms of which money is one of the many forms and also the least expression of wealth. There are many other things that command money and to which money responds. God’s idea of wealth is the availability of the resources that is required for you to accomplish His purpose for your life here on earth while a major attack of the devil is to cut people off from the resources needed for them to accomplish their destiny.

If your focus is only on money, you are narrowing your experience to the least expression of wealth. When God is solving the financial problem of a believer, He deals with the spiritual forces that draws or repels cash.
One of the lessons that we can learn from the story of Ruth is that she was ready to start from anywhere, doing something righteous and legitimate. Her readiness to start afresh is an attitude that draws wealth. It was a spirit encounter that made Boaz notice Ruth, it was not just beauty but grace. It was the same encounter that made king Ahazuerus notice Esther (Esther 2:15-17). Your positioning will be determined by your posture and your attitude.

Attitude of pride will always make a man lack wealth because he will not be able to do things that will make him move upward and forward. Having money in your bank account is an event, but being wealthy is a spirit that depends on your attitude and your posture, which determines your positioning.

Prayer: Father, show me any attitude which I am sustaining, that drives wealth away from me, and eject such from my life. From today help me to develop and sustain traits that will attract the forces of wealth to me in Jesus’ name. Amen.
