You are a product of your relationships and the Bible says two are better than one. God did not make man perfect in himself rather He made man an ongoing project. God brings relationships on our path to help us, train us, correct us or even rebuke us just to make us better. Moses was prepared to be the leader of Israel through his relationship with Jethro.
One of the best ways the devil hinders and limits a man in destiny is by bringing wrong relationships into his life. Most of the people the devil brought down, he did by introducing wrong relationships into their lives. The enemy was able to cut off the hair and strength of Samson because of his relationship with Delilah. The relationships in your life cannot be neutral. It will either have a positive or a negative influence on your life, family and destiny. It is your responsibility to determine the relationships you will allow in your life. You must make sure that you are linking up correctly with those the Lord has assigned to your Journey and destiny.
You are supposed to know how to restrict yourself. The quality of the relationships in your life will determine your outcome in the battles of life. You will need both spiritual and physical relationships.
1.Spiritual (heavenly) relationships: Your relationship with God should be vibrant, progressive, consistent and continuously growing. The spiritual controls everything in the physical and God controls the spiritual in our favor because we are His children. He is committed to us.
2.Physical Relationships (on earth): There are critical relationships God brings into our lives to help us to achieve God’s purpose for our lives. And you must cherish them and rate them as very important.
If you recognize the relationships God brings into your life and disallow every negative relationship that the devil brings, you won’t find it difficult to accomplish God’s purpose over your life and family.
Prayer: Father, I pray that my path and the path of my helpers and those you have assigned to my destiny will cross in Jesus name. I receive sensitivity to see wrong people in and around my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
