Some Christians have not come to terms with the fact that they are in warfare. They enjoy church but ignore the devil when the Bible says, “…lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.” Whenever they hear words like “attack” & “battle”, they cringe with fear, but there's no reason to be afraid because we are fighting from a position of the victory that God has won for us.

Our fight is a fight of faith and the basic training for believers to have an effective Christian life is first, how to live by faith and second, how to be led by the Holy Spirit. Accidents will still happen, planes will crash and dangerous things will go on because the devil is ravaging the earth BUT sensitivity to the Holy Spirit will keep you from the path of the destroyer (Psalm 17:4-5) and living by faith makes you quench all the fiery darts of the wicked (Ephesians 6:16).

How well you master these basics determine your reality. Mastering the fight of faith is crucial in every phase of life. In Dream Centre for example, we have Bible-based confessions that pregnant women are to confess toward their delivery. This sends the power of God ahead of their delivery and in the labour ward we always have a divine outcome. We’ve seen a significant number of painless deliveries.

When a Christian has a still birth or any other mishap in this area, they may not have mastered the fight of faith surrounding childbirth. Are you building a career, life, family or a house? Pay attention to the faith requirements of that phase of life.

Prayer: Lord, I take myself serious from today. I’ll not be careless with mastering faith and the leading of the Holy Ghost in Jesus’ name. Amen.
