EXPERIENCING THE TRANSFER OF THE SUPERNATURAL - NUMBERS 11:16-29

Supernatural blessings don’t just come on a man mistakenly or accidentally, they are intentionally transferred! These transfers are usually activated by certain acts. Joseph understood this and knew that when fathers in the Abrahamic lineage are through with their assignments on earth, they transfer spirits by words (prophetic) and these words are spirits that guide the beneficiaries into their destinies. So he decided to bring his two children to Israel- his father. This act of sensitivity and attention to details brought blessings on Ephraim and Manasseh.

And Israel beheld Joseph’s sons, and said who are these? And Joseph said unto his father, they are my sons whom God has given me in this place. And he said bring them I pray thee, unto me, and I will bless them  (Genesis 48:8-9).

Not only did it bring blessings on them but also gave them a portion among their father’s generation - they had a part (an inheritance) among the 12 tribes of Israel (Joshua 16:4).

Seeds also create bridges for transfer of spirits. For example, Isaac demanded for venison such as he loved (Genesis 27:2-3) to activate blessing on his son. What is it that your man of God loves that is a seed in your hand? This is his venison and it is the key to the blessing that many have longed for.

Likewise, serving God’s servants and doing assignments for them makes the same spirit upon them come upon the man serving them. For instance, Elisha received the spirit of Elijah (2 Kings 2:15). Elisha was so desperate to receive the same spirit that was upon his father. He cried, “My father, my father ...” (2 Kings 2:12).

Remember, blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness, they shall be filled (Matthew 5:6).

Prayer: Lord, help me to engage myself in assignments and service that will bring my father’s spirit upon me, help me to sow seeds of righteousness that will bring supernatural blessings on me in Jesus name. Amen.
