IMPORTANT QUESTIONS ABOUT DESTINY (2) [Galatians 1:13-20]

Share

From yesterday, you would see that divine destiny is the primary reason for which God created you. Today. We continue with these questions:

2) Does Everybody Have the Call of God? Yes, God calls everyone, though how God calls one person may be different from how He calls another. After He calls you, He gives you the power of choice to decide whether you will respond to it or not. This is not primarily referring to a call to the work of the ministry; because the primary purpose of the call of God (divine calling) is to call you from sin and death into the kingdom of His Son. When you respond to the primary call of salvation, other dimensions of the call of God upon your life will find expression.

3) Do I Have to be a Pastor to Fulfill My Divine Destiny? No, but you must be born again in order to be in the right spiritual state to fulfill your destiny. God calls people in three realms and your destiny could lie in any of these: ministry, governance and family. Those called to ministry need to walk with God to know if they are called to headship or associateship; pulpit ministry or helps ministry; and are they to execute this on full-time or part-time basis.

A call to governance is any leadership role outside the church which may include politics, private sector or public sector. God is looking for Daniels that can enforce His will outside the church. A calling in the realm of family will largely be to raise a generation of children that will be mighty for God in their day.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive eyes that see and ears that hear. I permit you to guide my heart to the realm where my destiny lies in Jesus’ name.
