5 “And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in” Isaiah 58:12

“T

hey shall build the old waste places”, not new waste places. We have to find out what these old waste places mean. Have you gone to a particular place before that you see a building that they have been trying to build in a family and that building was raised to a level and abandoned for about 25 years? Compare such building to the one abandoned just last year, they definitely don't look the same.  So, this Scripture is talking about old waste places of many generations. You see, when you come to a town there are two forces that could be in operation that people don't understand:

1. Unfinished visions hanging over the town or City: There are people that have come into a land without first finding out the original purpose of gathering human beings to that particular location or land. There are unfinished visions in a land that when a pastor or a Christian comes there, you must understand that God will not send you to a land without intending that you continue the unfinished divine vision in that place.

2. Unbroken curses:  when you are in a land you determine whether it is the unbroken curse or unfinished vision you want to partake of.  Ile-Ife, for instance is not mistakenly called the source but everybody knows that God is the source; Osun state  is not mistakenly called the State of the living spring,  only Jesus is the true living spring not osun river.  So, there is an original purpose over these lands that God wants the church and Christians in that land to recover. When the church doesn't embrace the unfinished vision, they will begin to manifest traces of unbroken curses in such lands. Watch out for the unfinished vision and take your place.

You should look beyond economic reasons for God bringing you to a land, don’t rebel against the original purpose of God for bringing you to a land. Team up with your local Church and pastor to birth the purpose of God over that land.

PRAYER: Lord, I join myself to the good of my land today and I declare divine exception from every unbroken curses and evil in the land. I step into the vision of God to complete every assigned mandate of God for me in the land in Jesus’ name. Amen.
